To confirm your booking, a deposit (typically 50% ) is required. Provisional bookings are held for up to 14 days. The remaining balance is generally due 90 days before departure to finalise logistics with our local partners.

Most expeditions are "full board" and include accommodation (often on private catamarans or private villas), expert marine biologist guides, and all diving/snorkelling logistics. International flights and visas are usually excluded.

Most expeditions, such as our Socotra and Maldives trips, require a minimum of PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent). For more advanced trips like the Freediving or Sardine Run, specific experience levels and a good level of physical fitness are recommended.

Yes. Many of our trips, including the Madagascar Whale Shark and Maldives Manta Ray expeditions, are designed to be "snorkeler-friendly." We prioritise wildlife encounters that are often best experienced from the surface.

Guests have the opportunity to assist marine biologists in data collection, such as photo-identification of manta rays and whale sharks, reef health monitoring, and recording migratory patterns to support regional marine databases.

Yes. For the safety of all participants, valid dive-specific insurance (such as DAN - Divers Alert Network) is mandatory for the duration of any underwater expedition.

While we provide basic logistics (tanks and weights) and can arrange for rental gear, we highly recommend guests bring their own mask, fins, dive computer, and wetsuit for maximum comfort and fit in remote locations.
